YOUR MISSION

To improve the business of the operations department in the cities where Glovo operates.

THE JOURNEY

• Detailed analysis of the competition's business in relation to Glovo related to operations, ie courier services
• Ensures a good relationship between Glovo and 3PL associates
• Forecasting and monitoring relevant metrics
• Regular meetings with the fleet (3PL)
• Creates tools to connect and improve teams
• Dedicatedly contributes to the growth and development of Glovo
• Daily cooperation with local providers, legal team, to ensure a high level of operations in the country
• Actively cooperates with colleagues, in order to grow and develop, to create a difference in the business sense.
• Ownership of the courier loyalty program
• Performs tasks delegated by the direct superior/executive director in the area of own competencies

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Have previous experience in similar positions or fleet management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service oriented mindset 
• Problem solving skills and resourceful thinking
• Capacity to work independent or with low supervision
• A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvement
• Details oriented with strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English
• Basic Excel and Data Interpretation Skills
• Enjoy learning and adapting to new technologies
• Have initiative, be proactive and autonomous - Glovo is also yours!
