YOUR MISSION

You will join the Global Operations team responsible for ensuring QCommerce MFCs (micro fulfillment centers) operate with global standards and best practices worldwide. You will see MFCs growing from scratch to achieve operational excellence. You will manage new store openings E2E by ensuring all process processes are executed efficiently and effectively.

THE JOURNEY

• Full ownership of new store launches and relocations.
• Develop end-to-end analysis to identify opportunities to increase MFC performance.
• Work on initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
• Define global expansion guidelines and implement strategic projects in different markets.
• Monitor and coordinate expansion plans and projects to ensure that the results are of the highest standards and within the capex budget.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelor in Engineering, Business, or any operational domain.
• 1-2 years of experience in a handsupply chain/operations role.
• Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the. root cause is driven by data.
• Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big.
• Hands-on attitude: ready to make it happen.
• Excel proficiency.
• Fluent in English.
• Open to travel up to 50% of the time.
• We will highly value SQL and Python basic knowledge.
