YOUR MISSION

Your job will consist of assisting different stakeholders with focus on excellence and providing a customer-centered view of the problems in the daily operations.

THE JOURNEY

• Provide support to different stakeholders with administrative tasks. 
• Assist the legal team with documentation requests.
• Coordinate external teams with a focus on excellence.
• Provide a customer-centered vision and proactively spot inefficiencies, understand root causes and propose data driven actions
• Maintenance and analysis of business reports and information to aid in the basic decision-making process of supply chain operational needs, including daily, weekly and monthly reports indicating full operational status concerning the flow
• Analyze daily and weekly operation metrics with a macro view of the business's long-term success.
• Give life to your craziest ideas and have an immediate impact thinking out of the box!

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Degree in Business, Economics or similar preferred
• 1+ years’ experience and demonstrated past achievements in a fast-paced Supply Chain or Operations experience
• Experience in on-demand delivery is a plus
• Analytical skills are a must
• Knowledge of SQL preferred
• Results-oriented, autonomous and efficient
• English level B2 required
