YOUR MISSION:

As the Global Pricing Director at Glovo, you’ll own and define our global pricing strategy, shaping the platform’s fee structure for millions of users worldwide. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll lead the Pricing tribe—Pricing Analysts, Product, and Data professionals—while partnering with Growth, UX, Sales, and Logistics to drive profitability, affordability, and market leadership. We’re searching for a leader who can take us further—scaling pricing strategies globally, optimizing for growth, and strengthening our market position in the years to come.

IN THE JOURNEY YOU WILL:

  • Own and execute the Pricing strategy for Glovo globally
  • Own the pricing roadmap across Product, Data and Engineering in order to maximize business value while shaping Glovo’s price perception, from the business logics and algorithms behind how fees are defined to the way they are presented to users in the app
  • Lead a high performing cross functional team of pricing analysts, project managers, product managers, data analysts and data scientists
  • Collaborate closely with in markets counterparts to devise the right pricing strategy for each market
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery Hero Pricing Team as well as with other Regional teams in the definition and adoption of best practices for the group

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:

  • 10+ years experience in pricing, analytics, top-tier consultancy or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Math, Engineering, Stats or Quantitative field
  • Previous working experience with analytical toolkit - SQL, Python/R
  • Problem-solving skills to deliver quick and efficient solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and solve problems autonomously
  • Ability to effectively and comfortably manage many stakeholders with different interests and act as a role model for more junior co-workers
  • Fluency in English
