YOUR MISSION

As a Regional Partner Ads Analyst in Glovo Africa you will play a crucial role in delivering our Revenue Business plan, directly contributing to the region’s performance. 

Unlock growth opportunities in the region by leveraging data to generate insights and shape the Partner Ads strategy together with different stakeholders in Headquarters and local teams to drive performance and maximize impact for our partners.

 

THE JOURNEY

  • Become part of the Africa regional commercial team sitting in Glovo HQ impacting the Partner Ads and overall monetization strategy.
  • Be responsible for consolidating, optimizing  and maintaining tools and reports to track key KPIs and optimize partner investments in Partner Ads.
  • Develop Ads sales pipelines and conversion funnels improving processes and tooling for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular performance reports with insights to leadership, using data to optimize ongoing strategies.
  • Build playbooks that clearly communicate the value of our newest Ads products, differentiating our offerings to maximize relevance across different advertiser segments to help consistent engagement and smooth conversions with partners.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field OR strong analytical experience with proven track record.
  • 2-3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or commercial roles.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong commercial and creative skills, with experience in preparing impactful presentations and visually appealing templates.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, taking initiative.
  • Fluency in English.
  • An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
