YOUR MISSION

We're looking for a talented CRM Technical Specialist to join our Customer Lifecycle and Incentives team and drive the implementation, optimization, and scalability of our CRM systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data, tech, analytics, marketing, and engineering, to help implement effective and personalized global customer engagement programs. 

THE JOURNEY

🚀 Work closely with CRM Marketing Specialists to understand marketing program requirements and translate them into effective, scalable and automated implementations.
🤝 Work together with product, data and engineering teams to guarantee CRM technical solutions support business objectives.
✍️ Write data ETL processes with SQL and Python.
🛠️ Help with integrations within platforms via SFTP, REST API and Webhooks.
📊 Developing and maintaining our CRM automation workflows and integrations that drive team efficiency.
🔍 Identify and resolve CRM performance problems while continuously improving platform functionality.
📄 Keep technical documentation up to date.
💡 Stay up to date with industry trends, standard processes, and new features within marketing automation platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
💼 Minimum 3+ years of full-time experience in a related role, handling large customer datasets,  involving customer data integration, segmentation & database management. 
🔧 Intermediate/Advanced experience with Python and SQL for data manipulation and extraction
💻 Hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and optimizing data processes for CRM platforms such as Braze, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sailthru or Iterable
🔗 Experience with Platform Integrations / Middleware and a strong understanding of data structures 
🧠 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing operations automation
🤝 Ability to transform business needs into system and process requirements. Interested in technical processes and motivated to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
🗣️  Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is a must.
