YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Salesforce team. In this role, you will lead Go-to-Market initiatives for functionalities developed by the Salesforce Technical team, bridging the gap between business and technology, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful projects.

THE JOURNEY

  • Drive Go-to-Market initiatives for new and existing functionalities, ensuring seamless adoption by users and stakeholders.
  • Understand technical functionalities, translate them into business terms, and clearly communicate their value to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Gather requirements from cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Technical team to prioritize, plan, and execute projects effectively.
  • Analyze data and estimate the impact of initiatives, providing insights to support decision-making and project prioritization.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by maintaining clear communication, setting realistic timelines, and delivering on commitments with teams across  22 countries.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience managing and executing projects, ideally within Salesforce or similar CRM environments.
  • Strong affinity for technical aspects such as relational databases, SQL, and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and align them with technical solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across diverse teams and functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate project outcomes and track success through adoption KPIs.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Prior experience with Salesforce platforms or tools.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Experience in change management or driving user adoption of new systems and functionalities.
