YOUR MISSION
As a Partner Revenue Manager, you will have a key role in the Glovo Partners team. You will ensure partner engagement and retention in Glovo by finding ways to grow the number of orders and generate additional revenue. Define the monetization strategy and execution for all partner segments.
THE JOURNEY
- Be part of the North East Region team of Spain based in the BCN office, Yellow Park, our Headquarters.
- Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews).
- Manage a high performing team of 4 people ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Ensure career development and professional growth of your team via 1-1s, performance reviews and recurrent feedback.
- Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your team portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
- Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling) .
- Ensure that Glovo has the best content by signing preferred partnerships with partners.
- Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc)
- Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets.
- Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
- Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- At least 4 years of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments ((startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies).
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus.
- Relevant experience leading cross functional teams with 4+ people and excellent in stakeholder management.
- Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office and Excel.
- Native Spanish Language and English is a must. Catalan is a plus.
- Strong Commercial skills and customer obsession: you're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform.
- You've got a good judgment and assertiveness and own up to your mistakes facing any situation with an optimistic approach.
- Project management: You find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges with a great critical-thinking.
- A data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary.
- You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
