YOUR MISSION

The Governance, Risk, and Compliance Team aims to improve business processes and mitigate risks by implementing internal controls and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations at all levels and in all aspects of the business. We are part of an international environment in which we are handling group-level policies and procedures.

THE JOURNEY

  • Report to the Governance, Risk & Compliance Leader in all related functions.
  • Support in management of compliance ethics channels by responding to inquiries, assigning cases by following established protocols.
  • Assist in preparing briefs and reports for internal compliance investigations and analysis.
  • Compile listings and search for evidence in Glovo's digital systems to support case resolution and risk assessments.
  • Support the creation, review, and adaptation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Draft compliance committee minutes, presentations, and reports.
  • Help organize training sessions, awareness campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Support risk management assessment and crime prevention model projects through document review, meeting minutes preparation, and report drafting.
  • Assist in international compliance controls, including sanctions screening, check documents, coordinate evaluation with other areas, and prepare reports 
  • coordination with relevant areas for cases evaluation.
  • Assist in the coordination of group internal audits requests and the business teams. 
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the department budget, invoicing and payments.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced student in Law, Finance, Business or related areas.
  • From 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in any of the following: compliance / risk management / audit, KYC or related areas.
  • Excellent English language skills. Spanish is a plus. 
  • Expertise in the use of Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Docs, etc.), knowledge of Canva and other design tools is a plus. 
  • Ability to navigate across multiple geographies and cultures.
  • High energy and creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to work in a growing and changing environment.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Previous experience in the Big 4 would be an advantage.
