**About the Role:** Growth Programs Senior Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in accelerating user acquisition, engagement, and retention across both the Careem and Uber platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to drive significant impact by operationalizing and scaling strategic growth initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of growth programs, ensuring seamless implementation, rigorous tracking, and continuous optimization to achieve ambitious targets for both iconic brands. **A key aspect of this role will be to partner closely with Careem Technologies on joint growth initiatives and operational alignment.** **What You'll Do:** - Operational Leadership: Take ownership of the operational strategy and execution of growth programs across Careem and Uber, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand strategies. - Program Management: Lead the planning, implementation, and scaling of diverse growth initiatives, including but not limited to referral programs, partnerships, promotional campaigns, and loyalty programs. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless program delivery. This includes being the key Point of Contact (POC) to collaborate effectively with relevant teams within Careem Technologies on shared growth objectives. - Process Optimization: Design, document, and optimize operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance of growth programs. - Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop robust tracking mechanisms to monitor program performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. - Reporting & Communication: Develop and deliver regular reports on program performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders. This will also involve regular communication and reporting to Careem Technologies stakeholders on joint program performance. - Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth program execution. - Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in growth program execution. - Compliance & Governance: Ensure all growth programs adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements for both Careem and Uber. - Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in growth marketing and operations, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. - Careem Technologies Partnership: Serve as the central operational point of contact for Careem Technologies, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration on joint growth programs, operational dependencies, and strategic alignment. **What You'll Need:** - Min 5 years of expereince in operations management, program management, or a related role, with a strong focus on growth initiatives within a consumer-facing technology company. - Demonstrable experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with external technology partners is desirable. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is highly desirable. - Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different teams and levels. Strong relationship-building skills are crucial for effective partnership with Careem Technologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment. - Experience working with marketing technology platforms and tools. - Familiarity with the ride-hailing or broader mobility industry is a plus. - Experience managing programs across multiple brands or geographies is advantageous. - A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth.
