Our team is looking for an energetic and experienced Software Engineer II who is passionate about creating high-performing, scalable, and resilient mission critical back-end services that are the foundation of Five9βs contact center platform. As a member of the team you will take end-to-end ownership of a solution to deliver services enriching our Contact Center platform and applications. In this highly visible and influential role your work will build the foundation to support the efforts of multiple teams. Your expert knowledge of building APIs will set the standard across the organization by eliminating inconsistencies and streamlining the efficiency of our core services.
