The ideal candidate for this role will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as experience with collaboration and presentation tools such as Zoom, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills are critical.
In this role, you will work with Five9 stakeholders to organize, schedule, and facilitate internal training sessions for internal support, sales, and engineering teams. You will gather requirements, coordinate details for training sessions, and schedule and facilitate large meetings.
