Producer 2XKO, EMEA (10 Month Contract)

The Publishing Operations team in EMEA provides direct-to-player publishing functions such as content operations, marketing communications, competitive experiences, events, and full-funnel strategy. The team also offers internal services like platforms, vendor management, project management, and player insights collaboration. We aim to provide authentic local interactions and channel experiences for players across EMEA, with a specific focus on 2XKO, Riot's exciting upcoming fighting game.

The Role

As a Producer, EMEA for 2XKO, you will be responsible for delivering publishing and marketing tactics at a regional level while supporting local country teams. This role is dedicated to the 2XKO product, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the game's vision and resonate with the fighting game community across EMEA. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content and campaigns that engage players and drive community growth.

This role can be based in London (UK), Paris (France), Berlin (Germany), Barcelona (Spain), Istanbul (Turkiye), and Dubai (UAE), and will likely require some travel within Europe, this will be a contract role until December 2025. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production and execution of publishing and marketing tactics for 2XKO at a regional level, supporting local adaptations where necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, community, and events to ensure cohesive and impactful player-facing experiences specific to 2XKO.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all 2XKO initiatives.
• Support country teams with best practices, frameworks, and resources to enhance local 2XKO marketing efforts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners for 2XKO publishing operations.
• Implement processes for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing 2XKO publishing tactics based on performance metrics and player insights.
• Act as the primary point of contact for 2XKO regional publishing operations, providing strategic guidance and operational support.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in publishing operations, project management, or content production within the gaming, entertainment, or media industries.
• Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple markets, ideally with a focus on fighting games or competitive gaming.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing budgets.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
