What is the role about?

As our Talent Acquisition Partner you ensure we attract and hire the best talent out there. You do not only take care of a smooth & transparent recruitment process, but you also help execute our Employer Branding Strategy. With your experience in recruitment and knowledge of how to attract (tech) talent, you help Bitvavo sky-rocket. You are part of the People Team and together with them you are responsible for Bitvavo’s Employee Experience. It’s up to you to make that experience the best possible right from the very first contact moment until hiring. You'll be the ambassador of our entrepreneurial culture and give potential hires a behind-the-scenes look into our company and work environment.

How will you make an impact?

  • Help shape & develop the recruitment process and talent acquisition strategy
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process by writing job profiles, screening cv's, conducting interviews, assessments & communication towards candidates
  • Pro-actively search for the perfect candidates through multiple channels, such as LinkedIn and other sources
  • Create a positive candidate experience and position Bitvavo as an attractive employer according to your own recruitment insights
  • Advise hiring managers on their Talent Acquisition needs & collaborate with them to meet overall recruiting goals
  • Optimise our ATS (Greenhouse)

How will you be successful?

  • Have 2-5 years of experience with talent acquisition processes in a fast-paced & preferably, in a tech environment
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential and Greenhouse is preferred
  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to gather, interpret and present data in order to drive recruitment and hiring decisions
  • You have excellent interpersonal & persuasive skills
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and acquiring top talent, as well as addressing business challenges through the design and development of effective hiring strategies
  • Resiliency, the ability to work independently, solution and result-orientation and a passion for engaging with different stakeholders
