Leadership/Team Quote: The role of the Solution Architect is to help shape the architectural vision, strategy & roadmap across the Fintech business unit. The Solution Architect is part of the Fintech Products Architecture team within Fintech that aligns organization strategies with IT operations and ensures the continuity and visibility of the business unit by providing Architecture support. Solution architects within the FPA team help to ensure conformance and compliance with architecture guidelines, standards and practices aligned with company wide business objectives throughout the journey of ongoing projects. They provide a bridge between Enterprise architecture and development teams to ensure that Enterprise architecture is always aligned with implementation and is guided by high level strategy and low level implementation on equal ground. Role Description: The role of an Architect is about providing insights and efficiency to the teams, helping them navigate the complexity of the organization and ensuring that we innovate with new ideas while maintaining a unified vision of where we want to go. To navigate what must be done as intermediate architecture while preserving a target. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: Play a key role in the Architecture Review Board of the Fintech organization Supporting teams and projects to deliver on time and delivering feasible transition architecture solutions while focusing on the target state architecture on the long term. Validating the theoretical with the implementation to ensure that the environment feedback feeds the theoretical boundaries. Delivering Architectural patterns and knowledge sharing sessions to spread Architecture awareness and good practices Writing Architectural documentation and guidelines and maintaining ownership of specific areas of focus. Reduce complexity and coupling in the architecture landscape Key stakeholder management with relevant stakeholders Qualifications & Skills: Experience gathering stakeholder requirements - are a very important part of the deliverables, the needs of the stakeholders will have to be correctly interpreted. This deliverable can also reflect how the product will be designed, developed.
