About the role:
Events have been key in the development and maturation of the pipeline here at Kong. With this growth comes the expansion of the team. We at Kong are looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator to join our Demand Generation team. This individual reporting to the Head of Events will work closely on Event Sponsorships, Developer Events, and assist with our annual API Summit conference. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning, from budgeting and vendor coordination to content creation and post-event analysis. You must thrive in fast-paced environments, leveraging strong organisational and communication skills to deliver impactful experiences that drive engagement and lead generation. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation, you aim to create memorable events that showcase the company’s tech solutions and strengthen its position in the market.
