As an Operations Support Specialist you will act as the main point of contact for our continually expanding network of suppliers, helping them navigate daily challenges and providing support through training and guidance on how to effectively use Wayfair tools. Using your strong collaboration and problem solving skills you will work closely with internal teams to get to the root cause of the problem and deliver exceptional customer service to our suppliers.
