Senior Product Manager - Linux

We are looking for Senior Product Manager - Linux to join our team! Our group is responsible for the Linux operating systems that power Azure – from VMs and containers, to bare metal, and silicon – in the cloud and at the edge. We work closely with upstream communities, with software and hardware vendors, OEMs, Linux distribution partners, and with hundreds of customers inside and outside Microsoft to create and operate OS platforms and products with the highest security, hardware-accelerated performance, and innovation agility. Azure’s Linux partner ecosystem is fundamental to Azure’s success. In this role you will engage with our endorsed distribution partners at the engineering level to deliver new features, hardware support, manage distribution lifecycles on Azure, and work collaboratively to enhance the Linux experience on Azure. You’ll be an advocate for the distributions and open source within Microsoft, as well as represent Azure to the Linux communities. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with multiple partners, influence new technologies on a global scale, and contribute to the growth of Linux on Azure.
