Strategic Partnerships and Programs Lead - Cloud Service Provider Growth Team

The AI@Work CSP Growth team collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders across Engineering, Business Planning, and Finance (to name a few) to drive new customer acquisition and accelerate revenue growth through CSP. Our mission includes nurturing partners’ preference to sell and develop managed services using Microsoft MW & Business Applications, creating innovative AI-based GTM experiences that empower partners to achieve more, opening new routes to market, and enhancing foundational programs that foster strong sales discipline around new business acquisition, retention, and upselling.

As the Strategic Partnerships and Programs Lead - Cloud Solution Provider(CSP) Growth Team, you will partner with Engineering, Business Development and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) stakeholders to enable new channels to acquire and grow the Modern Work, Copilot & Business Applications businesses through CSP. This role is strategically positioned to help Microsoft capture the significant whitespace for Microsoft 365, Business Applications and M365 Copilot through CSP, by enabling strategic partnerships and partner programs that can unlock broader market access and/or accelerate customer acquisition.
