Proactively contact new/potential supply partners to encourage the completion of their registration. Perform all necessary checks to guarantee that relevant supply joins Booking.com, preventing duplicate and fraudulent partners join. Offer support to finish the onboarding process, instruct and educate on tools, provide information & support. Deliver training by phone to new partners on the use of Booking.com's extranet and rates & availability system. Ad hoc activities that may reasonably be required in line with their main duties. Actively participate in various projects & initiatives within the team. Collaborate with the team and Booking.com's teams globally to continue to improve how the operation works, eg. processes and tooling. Outbound activities include calling on specific opportunities e.g. availability and maintaining existing inventory. Communication with Stakeholders Communicates with parties outside the organization, (New potential Partners) Supply Partners Level of Education Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, hospitality or equivalent Years of relevant Job Knowledge 0 to 2 years New graduates are welcomed to apply Requirements of special knowledge/skills Commercial awareness, drive and understanding of key performance drivers for partners on Booking.com. Tourism or hotel background and/or education preferred. Solution-oriented and results-driven Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a team Good computer skills and quick learning of new tools and systems. Great telephone communication and promotional skills The role requires basic/ mid-level negotiation (convince others to reach agreement). An eye for accuracy and the ability to be detailed. Language: English; written and verbal Has existing long term working rights in Australia This role must be physically based within commuting distance of Sydney (hybrid work arrangement) The company does not provide any relocation assistance for this role - successful candidates who are located outside of Sydney must relocate at their own expense, should they choose to take up the offer.
