We’re looking for an experienced Workplace Manager to join our Shenzhen office and help make it a fantastic place to work.
The role sits within our Procurement and Workplace team, working to provide an environment to empower our people to do the best work of their lives. The team looks after all aspects of workplace employees experience including facilities, events, front of house management.

Required Skills & Experience
- A proven background in Workplace / Facilities Management
- Knowledge of health and safety obligations, and experience in all practical aspects of deploying health and safety compliance
- Experience managing contractors and service providers that support the running of the office
- Experience leading on complex facilities challenges through to resolution
- Demonstrated experience of initiating and managing workplace programmes
- Ability to forecast and analyse budgets
- Good PC skills, Including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications
- Very good English language skills
