Intern HR Operations team (6 months contract, 30 h/week)

Are you ready to step into the dynamic world of HR, gain hands-on experience, and make a real difference? Join us as an HR Intern! You’ll work closely with our team, contribute to meaningful projects, and build the skills you need to jumpstart your career. The role is for a fixed-term period of 6 months! 

 

  What You’ll Be Doing

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Help new hires feel welcomed and ensure smooth transitions for those moving on.
  • HR Systems: Support in maintaining and improving our systems to keep everything running like clockwork.
  • Reports & Audits: Get involved with data-driven tasks like creating reports and assisting with audits.
  • Employee Support: Answer questions, provide guidance, and assist with benefits – no query is too small!
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Jump into various HR initiatives – no two days are the same!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Organized & Curious: You love diving into details and tackling challenges.
  • Analytical & Precise: Patterns and details don’t escape you.
  • Strong Communicator: You’re comfortable engaging with people at all levels.
  • Proactive & Adaptable: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and take on new tasks.
  • Flexible Schedule: We offer flexibility, but you’ll spend 3 days a week in the office to get the full experience.
