GoDaddy Corporate Domains (GCD) is looking to hire a Client Success Associate to support our experienced Client Success Managers (CSMs) and Fulfillment Operations teams. This junior-level position will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction by handling ad hoc and recurring administrative tasks, data reconciliation, and customer support requests related to domain names and account management. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and manage projects and tasks that contribute to the overall success of GCD’s customer experience.

We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, a fast learner, a problem solver, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The role offers an opportunity to gain exposure to the domain name industry while contributing to the efficient operation of a leading provider of corporate domain management services.

This position reports to GCD’s Client Success Director and works closely with other members of the GCD team.

What you'll get to do...

  • Collaborate with GCD CSMs to assist with customer transfer plans, domain registrations, transfers, updates, zone file replication, audits, and other administrative tasks.
  • Manage a pooled support inbox for GCD’s small-to-mid-sized, not overly complex customers, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Perform reconciliation tasks, including reviewing and organizing client account data and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Generate and review internal reports to support operations and client success initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Fulfillment Operations team to ensure timely and accurate execution of domain management tasks and order support tasks.
  • Assist with LATAM Registry communications and order resolution.
  • Work with other internal groups, including finance, sales, advisory, and marketing, to support our customers and the successful operation of the business.
  • Escalate technical issues to appropriate teams and liaise with technical staff as needed to resolve product and operational challenges.

Your experience should include...

  • 1+ years’ experience in an administrative or operational support role, or account management role, preferably in a technology or enterprise services-based industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and other productivity tools.
  • Experience with domain names, including registrations, transfers, and WHOIS.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a collaborative mindset.

You might also have...

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A basic understanding of technical aspects of domain names, such as DNS, zone files, EPP, and the Registry/Registrar model among other technical domain management concepts is a plus.

We've got your back...  We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in our employee stock purchase plan, competitive health benefits, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave. GoDaddy’s benefits vary based on individual role and location and can be reviewed in more detail during the interview process.

We also embrace our diverse culture and offer a range of Employee Resource Groups (Culture). Have a side hustle? No problem. We love entrepreneurs! Most importantly, come as you are and make your own way.
