Location Details: Remote - Romania

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

We are a small but mighty remote team taking Care of Compensation & Benefits for 1,700 employees across 20 countries outside of the USA. (The Team is based in UK, Serbia, India & Germany). The benefits Manager who this role will work closest with is responsible for 14 European countries with programs including Life Insurance, Disability, Retirement Plans & Medical Insurance & perks across these countries. This role partners closely with brokers, vendors, HR operations, and payroll teams to ensure the successful administration of benefit programs across the EMEA region. As well as evolving the design and management of the international benefits programs, GoDaddy is keen to improve the employee benefits foundation in key high-growth locations including Romania, Serbia & Bulgaria.

What you'll get to do...

  • Renewals for insurance and medical plans, including the provision of data, company and plan information, enrolment, and employee communications
  • Maintaining the benefits inventory, cost modeler & related management reporting
  • Various internal governance processes such as contracting via the Ironclad tool, invoicing in Workday, data security, and privacy processes
  • Updating employee-facing benefits information in the Get Help tool
  • Drive benefits employee experience in the region, including self-service process improvements, education, and resolving case escalations
  • Provide ongoing support, to local employees, managers & HR teams to create a common understanding of our benefits
  • We would also expect responsibilities to grow with this individual. For example, the person might be responsible for renewals, and remarketing exercises in smaller countries as well as supporting larger ones

Your experience should include...

  • 2+ years of experience in either benefits, HR, Consulting, or the Insurance market with exposure to aspects of employee benefit programs
  • Excellent customer service focus (employees, managers & HR colleagues)
  • Ability to identify and investigate opportunities for improvement

  • International experience with a U.S. parent company and/or working in more than one country
