This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

GoDaddy is a data-driven company dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs worldwide. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between GoDaddy with our Care Business Partners, ensuring seamless integration and operation of SaaS solutions within our business processes. You will be responsible for resolving issues promptly, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness, and creating and maintaining reporting systems for internal stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Enablement, you will collaborate closely with leaders from various teams, including operations, product, marketing, and customer success. Your ability to extract actionable insights, communicate data-driven stories, and influence strategic decision-making will be crucial to our success.

What you'll get to do...
  • Collaborate with Business Partners: Act as the main liaison between GoDaddy and our business partner to ensure issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy and Timeliness: Monitor and validate data flowing from SaaS systems into our internal platforms, ensuring data integrity for internal stakeholders.
  • Develop Reporting Solutions: Build end-to-end reporting solutions from diverse data structures and sources, leading the design, development, and implementation.
  • Create Dynamic Dashboards: Develop analytic dashboards that provide easy-to-consume reporting, offering stakeholders comprehensive insights into their business and related sales drivers.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Conduct data analysis on sales, products, and customer success data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within sales workflows.
  • Communicate Data-Driven Insights: Apply your expertise in data analysis to communicate findings through compelling analytic storylines that align with business objectives.
  • Support Sales Development Planning: Collect analytic requirements, answer business questions, and make recommendations based on data evidence to support sales strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with operations, product, marketing, and other multi-functional teams to optimize business processes and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Drive Business Improvement: Independently make critical data-driven decisions that drive business improvement and optimization.
What experience should include...
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics.
  • 1+ years of experience manipulating and transforming large datasets.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data discovery, aggregation, and extraction, as well as automating analytic data processes using tools like Python and R a plus.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau and Quicksight, for data visualization, analysis, and implementing comprehensive reporting solutions, including dynamic dashboards and end-to-end reporting systems providing actionable insights to business partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel (statistical and worksheet functions).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting data-driven insights, influencing decision-making, conveying concise data stories, and translating business goals into actionable development plans through data analysis and insights.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
