We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director, Global Construction and Project Management Lead to join our Real Estate team. This role involves leading a team responsible for global process management, creating standards and guidelines to ensure consistent budget, schedule, and risk management across all regions. Additionally, the role will oversee project delivery specifically in the Puget Sound region. The ideal candidate will focus on establishing consistent processes, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing comprehensive reporting to offer a clear overview of their business column.
