Network Engineer II

The Microsoft Infrastructure Engineering Services (IES) organization is for those technology professionals who want to be strategic partners to the business and be the first place to create innovative solutions using Microsoft and industry leading products and services. As a Network Engineer II, you will help design and deploy the latest and most secure Wireless solutions to Microsoft facilities worldwide. You will partner with our outsourced vendors and direct them remotely to commission and test these Wireless networks.  You will develop and maintain scripted automation to help automate specific workflows.  Your responsibilities will also include daily operations and maintenance of these essential Wireless services as part of a 7*12 on-call rotation within the team.  A solid understanding of security technologies and service models related to Wireless networking is crucial to ensure that these foundational services are architected, designed, deployed, and maintained to the highest standards.
