Technical Program Manager, Reporting & Analytics

The Engineering, Reporting and Analytics (ERA) team within the Audit Risk and Compliance (ARC) organization innovates, builds and delivers solutions enabling efficiency in how we address, monitor, mitigate and report risks to Microsoft and its technological ecosystem. We partner with a Finance engineering team to develop solutions that each of our organizational pillars (Audit, Risk management, Compliance, and Investigations) leverage to protect Microsoft.   We are looking for a Technical Program Manager, Reporting & Analytics which can help drive the next generation of user experiences and analytics platforms using cutting-edge technology.

As a Program Manager in the ERA team within ARC, you will partner closely with finance and business stakeholders to understand their needs related to Risk centric data; translate those needs into technical requirements; and collaborate with our engineering team to deliver solutions that help our users make data-driven business decisions. This role will accelerate your career growth by enabling you to develop deep technical skills in program management and leading-edge BI technologies, to hone your business and financial acumen, and to become adept at solving tough problems like meeting customer needs while addressing engineering priorities like long-term sustainability of the systems we build. This team and role embraces hybrid work. You’re able to partner with your manager to define how you’d like to work—whether that is in the office or a mix of home and office.
