Senior Product Manager - ITSM

Your Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical background to lead the evolution of SolarWinds’ IT service management products. This role requires deep expertise in SaaS product management, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Design to develop innovative solutions that enhance IT service management. Additionally, you will play a key role in evangelizing our products through analyst briefings, webinars, and sales enablement initiatives.

Your Impact:

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Own the full product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap to execution and market launch.
• Data-Driven Prioritization: Define high-impact features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals, ensuring data-driven decisions.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Customer & Market Insights: Engage regularly with customers, partners, and industry experts to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Evangelism & Thought Leadership: Represent SolarWinds in analyst briefings, customer presentations, and industry events.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption, positioning, and revenue growth.

Your Experience:

5+  years of product management experience in a SaaS environment, with a strong technical background.
Experience defining and executing roadmaps for complex enterprise products.
Deep understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data-driven decision-making to prioritize features.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

🔹 Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), network discovery, or process automation.
🔹 Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered solutions
