Information Technology Analyst - GRC

Your Impact

• Assisted in the development, implementation, and maintenance of SolarWinds’s GRC program.
• Collaborate with management, network, and security teams to define IT security standards and develop supporting organizational policies.
• Evaluate existing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Work with various business units to ensure adequate, appropriate, and effective controls.
• Assist in IT risk identification, assessment, response, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and report on Information Security metrics and key risks for management.
• Perform security and compliance assessments on new and existing systems, processes, and technology. Perform periodic gap assessments to validate compliance on an ongoing basis.
• Support vendor due diligence process and help the third-party risk management efforts.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Your Experience 

• Required: Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in Information Security, GRC, or related roles.
• Desired: Additional certifications and specific technical compliance experience.
• Required: Knowledge of and practical experience of working on at least one of the Industry Benchmark security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, and other evolving frameworks
• Communication: Ability to coordinate and communicate across teams effectively.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to business requirements and multiple projects.
• Desired :
• GRC Tools: Functional knowledge to operate on GRC tools such as One Trust, Archer, or similar.
• Data Analysis: Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
