What You’ll Do

The Strategic Finance Analyst will drive financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and provide analytical rigor to inform business decisions. This role will also focus on automating financial models and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across all financial workflows. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and deliver actionable recommendations that align with company goals.

• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identifying trends, variances, and key performance drivers.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Automate financial models, reports, and dashboards to improve speed and accuracy.
• Monitor and report key financial metrics and performance KPIs to management.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to evaluate company performance and strategic initiatives.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and tools to streamline reporting and forecasting.
• Assist in the preparation of corporate presentations and ad-hoc analysis.

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Corporate Finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL or similar tools for querying and analyzing large datasets is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and key performance metrics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, results-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Hustle and adaptability.
