About the Role:

As an Associate Construction Manager at CloudKitchens, you will serve as an individual contributor supporting Construction Project Managers in the successful execution of projects. You will ensure deliverables are met in terms of time, quality, and partnerships. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in real estate, F&B, or hospitality industries looking to contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external construction teams, including AORs, EORs, and operations.
• Assist in developing construction and shop drawings.
• Contribute to the creation of contractor contracts and agreements.
• Prepare and manage RFPs, contracts, pay applications, and change orders, ensuring proper document control.
• Review payment applications for contract conformance.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee procurement and logistics for multiple owner-furnished items.
• Oversee and communicate with third-party vendors, local agencies, and utility providers.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant work experience, with 3–5 years in real estate, F&B, or hospitality.
