Job Title: Global People Shared Service Center Operations Support

Location: Makati City - Office 114 Valero St (Office based)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Global People SSC Operations Support to join our People Operations Team. In this role, you’ll drive process optimization across regions and you will lead key initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with global standards and KPIs are met. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a measurable impact in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute projects focused on improving efficiency and delivering world-class customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective business processes that meet the needs of the global business
  • Provide process expertise and guidance to colleagues across different regions
  • Regularly audit and update data, ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with business standards and policies, while monitoring KPIs and SLAs
  • Serve as the go-to person for inquiries regarding programs, policies, and process-related issues
  • Partner with business leaders and legal teams to optimize processes and policies
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base
  • Lead the training of new hires and cross-train team members to provide backup support
  • Manage other ad-hoc projects as needed

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Experience with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions to analyze and report data
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Zendesk, PeopleSoft, and Workday
  • Experience working with Greenhouse (recruiting software) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
  • Strong knowledge of managing global processes and coordinating across regions
  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Global Support or related position.
  • Demonstrated success in managing global processes and improving operational efficiency.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working closely with senior leadership is a plus
