GL Accountant - Makati City

Title: GL Accountant  - Manila

What you’ll do

Global/regional month-end closing as well as day-to-day activities including but not limited to:

• Working with the Operations team to obtain accrual information. Assist regional accounting teams in posting accrual information. Follow up with Operations team on any comments on the accruals posted after Operations team’s review
•  Preparing global deferred revenue schedules and ensuring that the deferred revenue amount is accurately released each month.
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliation schedules and investigating historical balances

Other ad-hoc projects, in relation to global/regional accounting matters, as and when required

What we’re looking for

• 5-7 years of working experience and 3-5 years of domain experience. 
• Proven experience in a fast-paced start-up environment. Adaptable to changes and challenges. 
• Change process improvement experience. Ability to prioritize, push for desirable results, and delegate. 
• Ability to adopt standard processes while applying customized approaches based on different cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
