Our team operates out of our fabulous CBD office conveniently located near public transportation.

Key job responsibilities
- Support the launch of Selling Partners who have registered on the platform
- Create strong relationships with new Selling Partners, fostering growth across multiple categories
- Build and grow relationships with a wide range of businesses, stakeholders and decision-makers, from major Australian brands and retailers to family-owned SMBs and startups
- Collaborate with Product and Program teams to support Selling Partner education and adoption of Amazon services such as Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Sponsored Advertising
- Relay Selling Partner needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams to help improve both seller and customer experience
- Develop a thorough understanding of the competitive environment, including knowledge of complementary and/or competing product offerings
- Lead additional projects such as conducting competitive analysis, developing content, and inventing processes and tools to benefit our internal and external stakeholders

A day in the life
Your day might include meeting with new sellers to understand their goals, analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams on process improvements, and developing strategies to help businesses succeed on our platform.

Learn More about Amazon Australia- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA
- Experience in sales or account management
