Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of program management experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver on milestones.
  • 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in sales development and relationship management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working at technology or SaaS companies.
  • Experience with quality assurance processes, including conducting audits, facilitating calibration sessions, and using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to analyze sales activities and metrics, diagnose performance issues, and translate insights into recommendations.

As a Business Development Program Manager, you will develop and implement innovative programs and solutions to engage with new customers and identify potential business opportunities with the existing customer base.

  • Partner with regional sales teams, GCP/GWS Product Management, Google Cloud Marketing, Partner and CE teams to build a strategy to support greenfield pipeline creation and ensure quality.
  • Monitor weekly sales performance metrics and share key market performance insights with Google sales leadership, consult on vendor-led weekly business reviews, ensure performance diagnoses, mitigation plans, and follow up to deliver results including sharing best practices and involving Sales leadership or Vendor Strategy Operations (VSO).
  • Ensure vendor service quality against contracted service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs) by conducting regular call audits, calibration sessions and quality reviews, sharing data-driven insights and feedback with vendor management and central Google teams.
  • Manage the execution of campaigns and partner strategy to ensure BDRs are working.
