Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
  • 1 year of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • 2 years of customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consulting, or technical sales.
  • Experience with XML and HTTP protocols.

These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,500-$139,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

  • Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by providing consultation, delivering innovative and scalable solutions, and conducting technical troubleshooting to their problems and pain points. Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
  • Assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop their long term success and provide client feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering.
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of client integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
  • Provide guidance to and work closely with sales and partners to provide inputs on data management and workflows.
  • Work with large, complex data sets. Conduct end-to-end analyses that include data gathering and requirements specification, exploratory data analysis, model development, and delivery of results to business partners and executives.
