As a Sr. Manager of Pricing & Revenue Strategy for Lyft Media, you’ll own the pricing structure, rate card and partner with Product & Sales to inform our revenue strategy. On the pricing structure, you’ll be expected to use data & industry intel to develop rates that ensure growth and profitability. In addition, you will model and monitor financials for new products, approve non-standard deal terms, and work creatively to develop compelling product packages.
This individual will work cross-functionally on a regular basis, influencing Product & Pricing decisions, setting Sales up for success, aligning with Finance and collaborating with Ops on campaign & inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Lyft Media product offerings, roadmap and current partnerships
- Directly support the Sales org, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, & Sales Operations
- Conduct external research and gather competitive intelligence in regard to ad pricing and strategies and stay current on industry trends
- Own Lyft Media’s rate card and pricing structures for direct sold as well as evaluate opportunities to increase programmatic revenue
- Propose incentive / commission structures to attract top talent and bolster revenue
- Work closely with FP&A to ensure that pricing and deal structures tie out to revenue goals and yield profitability
- Partner with Sales & Product to identify creative ways to sell Lyft’s portfolio of products (including packages, upfronts, etc.) across the business, not just in Media
- Analyze quantitative sales, customer & insights data to inform sales strategy (verticals, where to focus, cultural / relevant moments, etc.)
- Drive executive communication via email updates and monthly meetings (Head of Sales/Product/Finance & EVP of Partners)
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years' work experience in AdOps, Yield Management, Pricing, Advertising, Business Analysis or similar fields
- Proficient with tools such G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc) and Excel
- Proficiency with data visualization tool such as Tableau or similar
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and react positively to rapid change
- Great communicator: You’re vocal, an active listener, you have an opinion and assume best intentions
- Proven problem solver: You not only effectively, creatively, and quickly solve complex problems, but you gain buy in from stakeholders in order to sustain your solutions
- Excellent time management: You are able to prioritize multiple competing tasks and projects by assessing urgency and importance

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $156,000 - $195,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
