As a Head of Partner Solutions Engineer you will grow, develop, and direct several business-critical technical and operational work streams that help scale the marketplace platform and directly assist Google Cloud Partners on their Cloud marketplace journey. In this role you will leverage proficiency in the product platform, compliance, business operations, catalog operations, and support to advocate to Google Cloud Product Management and Engineering teams, accelerating integration projects and achieving broad customer adoption of Cloud marketplace features and programs. You will join the Global Partner organization as you will scale the partner ecosystem for Google Cloud, grow solutions available to our customers, and accelerate the global adoption of cloud technology.
You will devise, execute, operate, and continuously enhance multiple operational workflows focusing on business outcomes. You will individually contribute and guide the team to deliver a growing third-party catalog, compliant agreement mechanisms, streamlined support, and other operations as they arise. Internally, you will work on technical proficiency to work closely with engineers, product managers, business development, UX, and technical writers to drive platform improvements. You will represent both the business and the software vendor while helping to form the direction of key Marketplace programs.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
