We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Payment Operations Senior Specialist to be a key member of our payment operations team.
Position Overview:
The Payment Operations team is responsible for efficiently, securely, and accurately monitoring and supporting the execution of financial transactions on the Forward platform.
As the Payment Operations Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in our payment processing operations. You will be a key member of a team of payment specialists, ensuring smooth and accurate payment transactions, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other members of the payment operations team and across the company to ensure positive outcomes and efficient operations.
- Payment Processing: Play a key role in the end-to-end payment processing cycle, including payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, chargebacks, and refunds.
- Operational Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and improve payment processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
- Account Onboarding: Work with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience while mitigating the potential for fraud.
- Risk Management: Mitigate payment-related risks including fraud prevention
- Client Support: Work directly with clients to address payment-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in payment operations, with a proven knowledge of payment processing operations and systems.
- Knowledge of payment industry regulations, compliance, and security standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others on the team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
