Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Product Manager to lead product development and drive the evolution of our embedded finance products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payment technologies, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of successfully bringing software products to market.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Vision:

   • Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends.

   • Define the product vision, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

   • Define the product roadmap along with prioritization

2. Team Leadership:

   • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and developers.

   • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous learning and growth within the team.

3. Product Development:

   • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

   • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

   • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and risks.

   • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

   • Stay abreast of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the payments industry.

   • Ensure that products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Customer Focus:

   • Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that products address real customer needs and pain points.

   • Establish and maintain strong feedback loops with customers to gather insights for continuous improvement.

7. Financial Performance:

   • Work closely with the executive team to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance and financial success.

   • Contribute to the development of business cases for new product initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (7+ years) in a leadership role within technology product management.

• Strong understanding of financial services, banking, and payment systems.

• Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products in a regulated environment.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
