The Provisioning Analyst provides customer support as part of the Revenue Operations team, including the day-to-day management of customer order provisioning. Ideal candidates are analytical, process oriented, energetic, and enjoy working in a high growth, data and operationally driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Day-today administration of license provisioning and de-provisioning
  • Ensure complete processing of provisioning cases.
  • Provide rapid, first-line support for sales, partners, and customers on provisioning issues.
  • Partner with Order Management on resolving customer contract issues.
  • Recognize and execute specific SLA expectations on High customer Governmental / Standard customer cases.
  • Collaborate with different departments to provision High Governmental customers / Standard Customer cases.
  • Run audit reports to ensure compliance with sales orders.
  • Ensure compliance with company’s guidelines, policies, and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate job experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Solid understanding of provisioning/software licensing, including upstream/downstream activity.
  • Experience with SFDC Lightning / AWS a plus but not required.
  • Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision.
  • Meticulous and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adhere to the responsibilities of working on Governmental customers.
  • Be comfortable working within a secure government compliant environment.
