Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience as a Emulation Architect/Software Engineer.
  • Experience with hardware emulation platforms (e.g., Palladium, Zebu, Veloce).
  • Experience with coding (e.g., System Verilog, C++) and design.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture.
  • Experience working on infrastructure and supporting multiple different customers.
  • Experience with virtual prototyping, hybrid emulation, and QEMU.
  • Experience working and debugging of HLOS.
  • Strong debug and problem-solving ability across hardware and software.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-$223,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Deliver SOC hybrid emulation platforms for software bring-up and running applications.
  • Work with Software and Hardware teams in enabling new use cases for power and performance and shift-left of software development.
  • Debug both hardware (RTL) and software (HLOS) failures.
  • Improve overall efficiency and utilization of emulator resources.
  • Explore emulation methodologies, gather feedback from the team, and implement emulation workflows and methodologies.
