Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in renewals, account management, business, or a customer-facing role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
  • Experience in promoting Software as a Service (SaaS), Productivity, or Collaboration technology solutions to clients.
  • Experience in building customer relationships at an executive-level and delivering results.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in growing customer bases, carrying and exceeding business goals.
  • Experience in prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based business activity within business cycles.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, including account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal, to inventory software estate, build business cases for transformation and implementation plans, and close agreements.
  • Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions in Cloud and Productivity and Collaboration.

In this role, you will help us grow our Workspace business by maintaining and growing relationships with our existing customer base. You will work with customers to deliver true business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide an overview of business use cases. You will accelerate Google Workspace business growth by engaging with our clients, building internal/external alignment, and successfully manage opportunities in an overlay model to the field business organization. You will also prospect, qualify, develop, and facilitate Google Workspace opportunities for growth through cloud motivated business transformation. You will build a pipeline and work with account teams to create customer solutions and motivate agreements. You will lead day-to-day relationships with external customer stakeholders, leading with empathy, while identifying ways to multiply your impact and the impact of the team as a whole.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry.   • Motivate pipeline, manage renewal cycles, and expand the customer base, promoting Workspace Productivity and Collaboration solutions to new groups inside existing customer organizations while delivering or exceeding against quarterly business and growth goals.
  • Increase engagement and experience for customers and prospects, building scalable and referenceable campaigns and testimonials alongside the Program Management team to maximize your territory.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with customers, influencing direction and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert to the Field organization and cross-functional teams, sharing best practices and improving product and market knowledge and skills.
