As a Principal Product Manager -Analytics, expect your creative, analytical, and leadership skills to be called upon from day one. You’ll work alongside incredibly talented product managers, designers, and data engineers, collaboratively building world-class customer-facing analytics products that solve our customer’s greatest challenges and transform the way that teams work.

Establish the vision for the analytics experience for the entire platform for customers to drive insights and actions from dataDefine and implement frameworks and metrics for us to measure the success of our products and features and for our customers to use to assess their employee experience (EX)Work with a cross-functional team of passionate developers, data engineers, feature product managers, and UX designers through iterative releasesDevelop detailed product requirements for a variety of different customer-facing embedded and self-service analytics productsLead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative product features.
