As a Solutions Consultant within the new Sales Engineering organization for our Trucking Business Unit, you will wear many hats. First and foremost, you will be a subject matter expert (SME) for API integrations, enabling seamless collaboration between engineering, sales, and external partners. You will play a pivotal role in driving successful technical implementations and improving customer satisfaction from pre-sales through implementation and beyond. In addition, you will also support the broader sales organization by providing valuable data-driven insights about our product’s performance to our customers. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, analytics prowess, program management skills, and customer-facing experience.
