Amazon Music is seeking an Digital Marketing Manager to lead integrated go-to-market artist campaign strategies and executions, including planning and creative, media briefs and driving execution with a cross-functional team of subject matter experts.


Key job responsibilities
• Partner with stakeholders from internal teams to rally resources and development needs
• Develop creative ways to engage artists with Amazon Music
• Partner with stakeholders from the industry to develop artist focused campaigns
• Manage high-impact artist events and campaigns that drive Amazon Music brand awareness
• Mobilize Amazon Music around new album releases, cross-site content initiatives
• Own the Go-To-Market strategy and develop and execute marketing plans for tentpole artist events including responsibility for measuring and analyzing the performance
• Document results and prepare business reviews
• Help define the success metrics and track campaign ROI
• 4+ years professional experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• 4+ years professional experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years professional project management skills, including the ability to take inputs from a variety of internal and external sources, and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Proven self-starter who has previous professional experience advocating for external customers and internal business lines, while influencing multiple teams without direct authority
• 5+ years professional experience handling multiple complex projects amidst rapidly-changing priorities, while being comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Proven ability to perform at both strategic and tactical levels, and be successful both as an individual contributor and in a team environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $69,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
