Lead Game Producer

XBOX Game Studios is looking for a Lead Game Producer to support game development teams and external partners. As Lead Game Producer, you have extensive expertise in project management, creative development, and team management to inspire and mentor others to do their best work. Qualified applicants need to be dedicated to creating the best possible product, highly organized with strong communication skills to successfully manage creative teams and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.  We're looking for a passionate, versatile, and driven Lead Game Producer, who enjoys leading and collaborating with others to create exceptional game experiences.    

Core hours are based on Pacific Time but fully remote. Position may require occasional domestic and international travel.
