The Business Program Manager, Empowering Employee Experiences, is accountable for people operations. This includes ensuring the successful activation and execution of the Consumer Sales People Plan, which is vital for aligning our workforce with our strategicour strategic goals. It involves managing the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Ensuring that all operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies including Compliance readiness. Supporting various cross-business transformational projects, driving initiatives that foster innovation and improve overall business performance.
The BPM role drives impact by planning, designing, and delivering predictable and measurable solutions for selected programs that support the Consumer Sales Organization team members, and helps scale execution and simplification that result in CSO and Microsoft achieving their purpose and business objectives. Working in a global sales and marketing organization at the intersection of customers, hardware partners, and channel partners, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape business programs and strategies that have global impact.
