Human Resources Consulting Director

If you are ready for a new challenge and an opportunity to lead a transformative journey in Human Resources (HR), then this role is for you.  We are looking for a Human Resources Consulting Director to help shape and adopt the HR Operating Model and help us transform our ways of working that delivers even greater impact on the business, build deeper expertise of the HR Consulting function, and enables greater efficiency without scarficing the employee experience.  The role will partner close with HR and business leaders across the Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions (MCAPS) to activate the Microsoft culture and enhance manager capability through scaled solutions.  Key to this role is the ability to be impartial and objective to create an inclusive environment through the consistent application of our Microsoft practices, polices and philosophies.

Key responsibilities for this role include managing, coaching, supporting, and developing a geographically distributed team of HR Consultants; partnering closely with the MCAPS HR Business Partners to enable the strategic people priorities; developing and implementing data-driven solutions that shape manager capability; and collaborating across a matrix of HR and Legal partners to define local policies, compliance practices, etc.
